LogU discussed Supply Chain Risk Management at the 5th Annual Logistics and Transport Workshop in Namibia

The Namibian German Centre for Logistics (NGCL) organised for the fifth time the Annual Logistics and Transport Workshop from the 24th until 27th of September 2013. The event followed the theme: “Developing a Namibian logistics hub: Gateway to global supply chains and backbone of regional development”. Max Feser presented latest findings of one of LogU’s research fields: Supply Chain Risk Management. Altogether more than 100 politicians, practitioners, and scientists participated in the workshop. The event and the NGCL are supported by the Polytechnic of Namibia and the Flensburg University of Applied Science as well as amongst others by the German Academic Exchange Service.
